Returns & Refund Policy

At BioShackHack, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product reliability and safety.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will accept returns for items that arrive damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

General Returns

Because our products are research-grade chemicals and peptides, they are susceptible to degradation if not stored or handled properly. As a result, we are unable to resell items once they leave our facility and cannot accept standard returns.

Case-by-Case Exceptions

Under limited and specific circumstances, we may accept returns of unopened research chemicals within 15 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email us at [email protected] to request an RMA.

Peptides, due to their fragile nature and inability to verify proper handling once shipped, are typically non-returnable. However, we are willing to review reasonable requests and will make return decisions at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing

If a return is approved and a refund is warranted, we will issue a manual refund for the approved amount. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), please allow 1–2 weeks for the refund to process.
